Getting the right positioning data is key to getting a good full competition picture. You will need to first have used the Scattergram to find a general price for the home, then you’re going to expand that price up and down to cast a net of what homes you’re competing with the same buyers for in an area that they are willing to purchase. This is a unique thing to every market but we wanted to address the basics of what you should include in your search to ensure you get the right data for the software.
