What Should Your Real Estate Review MLS Search Be?
The software uses your search export from the MLS to get the data is needs to create correct patterns and graphs. This data is not what you would regularly search for when it comes to pricing homes, so we created a step in the Real Estate Review Process to help guide you on your search.
To use the controls in this step you will first need to have the Select the Right Data step selected.
The buttons on the page refer to different types of properties you may be pricing. Selecting each will change the recommendation for your search below.
