The Focus 1st Software allow real estate agents to leverage their own expertise to create customized reports that truly match a client profile to accurately know the market. It does this by allowing the agent to accomplish FOUR main tasks.

Task 1: Search Your MLS

The agent searches their MLS for the data needed for the pricing step. This is more than likely location based first then price range based second. The software guides you in this step with specific recommendations of the search to complete. The agents then exports that search and saves it to their computer. Task 2: Uploading the Data

Using the Upload Export File step in the software the agent loads the export file into the system allowing it to number crunch and create market patterns automatically and set the agent up for the next task.

Task 3: Find the Right Answers

With the data uploaded the agent now uses the software to create graphs, customize labelling and examine outliers to find the true market value of the home.

Task 4: Create Your Report

The agent builds their report as they go, and finally customize it to make it their own. The agent then prints or downloads it, ready to clearly explain the pricing to their clients and win the listing.
