Spinning Wheel

This issue often is caused by the browser running out of memory. The easiest option to fix this is to log out of the software and refresh your window. Then log back in and see if it’s working.

If it isn’t, then try closing your browser fully, which on a Mac required quitting it. Then reload and try again.


Another cause of the spinning wheel is skipping ahead steps without data input for the graph to be made from. If you check you sidebar location and see it it too far ahead, simply click on the earlier step and continue the process.
