The Focus 1st Visual Home Values Software uses your MLS export data to create graphs, but the data must be formatted correctly and include the right details for the program to operate fully. If you are having data issues, this may be because your MLS export is not coming over correctly. This can be caused by two things.
Your Export is Not Set Up Correctly
To fix this please revisit the MLS Export Setup Instructions and redo your export steps.
Your MLS Has Changed Things
MLS systems will update their back end and often change the way that data is referred to which causes and issue with the export and our instructions. If you have re-attempted your setup and are still having issues please reach out to support@focus1st.com so we can connect and help you.
