Error I1

The Error I1 issue is almost always a browser running out of memory situation. The easiest way to fix this issue is to click the Try Again button. This will log you out of the software. Then close your browser fully. On a Mac this means quitting it.

You can then open the browser and software again and your progress will have been saved and the software report should be functional now.
